To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boda88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
boda88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your boda88 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
